 Abstract - Vietnam's aviation industry is seeing the strongest growth in decades when the growth rate for five consecutive years has reached 2 figures with nearly 60 domestic routes and 130 international routes.

The field of airport roads (system of  runway, taxiway, apron and other technical infrastructure) has its own characteristics. The legal system, standards, and standards in this field are mainly used in conjunction with the road traffic field, in addition to a number of standards and regulations referenced and used based on foreign standards (ASTM standards, AASHTO standards, some Russian standards ...) this leads to some shortcomings, lack of consistency in the management of airport road projects as well as construction quality management.

 This article provides analysis and evaluation of the content related to the application of standards, standards, construction norms, construction technology ..., to ensure consistency and consistency in the application of construction technical standards framework for works of landing, taxiway, aircraft parking ..., thereby giving the necessary conclusions and recommendations to improve the quality in construction management, acceptance, maintenance, operation, exploitation and maintenance of these works.
